Les épreuves d’anglais au bac :

Compréhension orale (10 minutes, fin février/début mars)
Pour cette partie il pourra s’agir de monologues, de dialogues, de discours, de discussions, d’extraits d’émissions, de films… Le candidat a droit à trois écoutes de l’enregistrement et pourra prendre des notes pendant les écoutes. Le candidat dispose ensuite de 10 minutes pour rendre compte par écrit en français de ce qu’il aura compris.

Expression orale (20 minutes, début mai)
Le candidat tire au sort une des 4 notions étudiées au cours de l’année. Après 20 minutes de préparation, il dispose de 10 minutes pour présenter cette notion. Les 10 autres minutes sont réservées à une conversation par rapport à l’exposé du candidat.

L’épreuve écrite de la session du BAC en juin
Compréhension de texte
L’épreuve porte sur un ou plusieurs textes, extraits d’œuvres littéraires ou de presse écrite. Le candidat doit répondre à des questions de compréhension, portant aussi bien sur le sens explicite du texte que sur sa signification plus profonde et les arguments induis.

Expression écrite (environs 200 mots)
Pour cette épreuve le candidat doit rédiger un texte basé sur une argumentation personnelle et lié au texte de compréhension. Cette épreuve permet de montrer que le candidat est capable de s’exprimer et d’argumenter une opinion avec un vocabulaire riche et soutenu, de donner son point de vue et de commenter un fait de civilisation.
