The idea here is to study a poem entitled Musée des Beaux-Arts and written by W.H. AUDEN in 1938. Auden was inspired by a visit to the "Musée des Beaux-Arts" in Brussels, where, among other paintings, Bruegel's Landscape with the Fall of Icarus can be seen. Can you see the legs of Icarus disappearing into the water in the bottom right corner of the picture?
